Yes. I accept HSA and FSA cards and can also bill certain insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. Coverage varies by plan, so I’ll need to verify your benefits before your appointment.
If you’d like to use insurance for massage therapy, please email a photo of your driver’s license/ID and insurance card to nikky@wildquartzwellness.com.
A referral from your healthcare provider is also required before I can bill insurance. Some providers already have their own form, but I also have one available to make the process easy. You can find that form here.
If your insurance company requires it, I’m also happy to provide a superbill upon request.
The easiest way to view current openings is through my online scheduler, where you can choose a time that works best for you. Online booking is required for all new clients.
Current rates are listed here and on my scheduling site, with massage sessions starting at $150.
Yes. I offer restorative prenatal massage during all stages of pregnancy. This service can be booked through my online scheduler.
At this time, I don’t offer couples massages, as I’m the sole massage therapist at Wild Quartz.
Gift certificates can easily be purchased through the online portal here.
You're also welcome to purchase one at the office the next time you're in.
Reiki is a gentle, restorative service that works with the body’s subtle energy systems to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.
Reiki sessions are deeply relaxing and often leave people feeling more grounded, clear, and supported. Some people come in with an intention or area of life they’d like support around.
My coaching training gives me additional tools to support clients in a thoughtful, grounded, and client-centered way, especially when stress, life transitions, or emotional patterns are part of what’s showing up.
That doesn’t mean every session becomes a coaching session, but it does inform the way I listen, ask questions, and hold space when deeper layers are present..
Arrivals
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you have a lot you’d like to discuss before your session, giving yourself a few extra minutes is really helpful to make sure you still get the most time on the table.
For your first visit, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. This allows time to find the office, complete your intake form, and go over anything that may be helpful before your session begins.
Sessions begin at your scheduled appointment time. Out of respect for other appointments, I’m not always able to extend your session to make up for time missed due to late arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Wild Quartz has a 48-hour cancellation policy. I understand that life happens and plans can change, but this policy applies to all appointments.
You’re always welcome to send someone in your place. If they do not make the appointment, the cancellation fee will still apply to the original booking.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you’re running late and would still like to receive the remainder of your session, you’re welcome to do so at full cost. Sessions will not be discounted due to late arrival.
If I haven’t heard from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be responsible for 100% of the session cost.
If possible, I’ll send a text around the 10 minute mark to check in.
