These sessions work with the subtle energy systems of the body.

Each one is unique, as you'll bring an intention to work on. You'll experience sound healing, essential oils, and Reiki energywork.

Sessions are deeply relaxing and restorative. Afterwards, there is time for a quick debrief to discuss anything that came through for either of us, and help integrate the session.

Polarity Therapy is also used when guided or requested.

This massage incorporates a blend of medical massage, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques to assist you in recovering from an injury or when massage has been prescribed by your doctor as complementary care. Sessions include essential oils and may also include cupping.
