Ceremonial Cacao is essentially chocolate in it's purest form - a gentle, yet powerful plant medicine from South America that is known to open the heart, enhance creativity and connection, and to gently release stuck or stagnant emotions and energy from the body.

When I think of a cacao ceremony, I think of "presence."  It's a time to drop out of your head and into your body, to connect to your breath, to how you are feeling, to what's going on and what you're desiring to see in your life.

I've been working with cacao on a daily basis for the past 5+ years and my journey has been profound. Cacao has re-opened my heart, calmed my nervous system, and has assisted me in moving through some really dark and tough times in my life. Working with cacao has connected me more deeply to my intuition and my inner voice. I've noticed a difference in how I communicate, how I show up with others in my life, and in how I run my business.

This is why I bring ceremonial cacao into almost every workshop or gathering that I host. It's a way for us to establish deeper connections with others when a get together starts from a place of intention and connection to the heart.
