Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Take Insurance or Accept HSA Cards?

I do! I'm an "out-of-network" provider so every plan is unique in terms of coverage at my office. 


If you would like to use insurance for your massage, please email a photo of your Driver's License/ID and your Insurance Card to nikky@wildquartzwellness.com  I am unable to bill your insurance without first checking to see if you are covered with me.  


I also require a referral from your healthcare provider. Some providers already have a form they use, however I also have one available to make it easy for you and them. You can find it here


I accept HSA cards and am happy to provide you with a receipt/superbill if requested by your insurance company.

When Is Your Next Appointment and What Do You Charge?

You can check my online scheduler by clicking here. Online scheduling is required for all new clients, so you'll be in the perfect place to choose a time that best fits your schedule!


Current rates are listed here and on the scheduling site, with massage sessions starting at $150.

Do You Offer Massages During Pregnancy?

Yes! You are more than welcome to come in if you are pregnant. Simply book for your preferred service, as pre-natal visits are not listed as separate services.

Can I Schedule a Couple's Massage?

As I am only one massage therapist, I don't currently offer couple's massages.

Where Can I Purchase a Gift Certificate?

The easiest way to purchase a gift certificate is through the online portal here. 

You can also purchase one at the office next time you're in.

What is Reiki?

A Reiki session works with the subtle energy systems in the body. Often people arrive with an intention that they would like support with and after a brief intake, the session beings. 


Sessions are deeply restorative and relaxing. Sometimes you may have different insights that come up during the session relating to your intention. Following the session, there is time for a short debrief to address anything that may have come up and support your integration.

I Saw You're a Certified Coach, What Does That Mean?

I am here to support you in mind, body, and spirit. Coaching is the part of my services that supports you in making conscious change in your life and is especially helpful when you are moving through times of challenge, change, or transformation in your life. Coaching is different than therapy in that we are focusing on moving forward towards where you want to go. Sometimes, the support of a therapist is needed before someone is ready for coaching. If this is the case, I will let you know on the Connection Call and provide support in finding a solution that best meets you where you’re at

Policies

Arrivals - Please plan on arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you have a lot going on that you need to discuss, it's even more beneficial to give yourself the extra time before your massage so you get the most time on the table. 


For your first visit, please plan on arriving at least 10-15 minutes early. This will give you time to find the office, fill out your new client intake, and discuss anything that may be helpful to know prior to your appointment start time.


Sessions begin at your appointment time and out of respect to other scheduled appointments, I cannot always accommodate additional time to make up for time missed due to late arrivals.  If I haven't heard from you 15 minutes past your start time, you'll be considered a No-Show.



Cancellation Policy -  I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. I understand sometimes things come up where you aren't able to make your appointment. That said, the cancellation policy applies to all clients. 

 

Cancellations with less that 48 hours, but more than 24 hours will be responsible for a $50 late cancellation fee.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be responsible for the total amount of your session.  You are always welcome to send someone in your place! However if they do not make the appointment, you will be responsible for the fees as it was your original appointment.  



No-Show Policy - If 15 minutes has passed since your appointment start time, you will be considered a no-show. I will send out a text after 10 minutes to see if you are on your way. If you're running late and still want to receive the remainder of your appointment at full cost, you are welcome to do so. A discount will not be provided for those who are running late. If I don't hear from you, you will be considered a No-Show and responsible for 100% of the appointment.
